Research Opportunities

FIND AN MD PROJECT SUPERVISOR

2025, Year 4 students may source a research project of interest and find an appropriate supervisor using the list below.  Once a potential supervisor is identified, students should introduce themselves by email, outlining area of interest and a short explanation about why they would like to work with them on a research project.

All student-sourced Project Proposals must be written by the supervisor offering the project, in collaboration with the student, and submitted to the MD Project Team by end of June 2024 for review and assessment.

Students undertaking a rural placement in Bathurst or Lismore must contact the Research Lead at their allocated rural clinical school to obtain a list of MD project opportunities offered at their location.

Supervisors who would like to submit a Project Proposal are encouraged to contact the MD Project Team.
