Shuttle Bus Schedule

Western has campuses across western Sydney and one in the Sydney CBD. Our campuses are located close to public transport, and public or university parking. Visit our Campuses page to find out about the different ways you can get to uni.

The free university shuttle bus runs at our Campbelltown, Hawkesbury, Parramatta, and Penrith campuses. You can view schedules below and also track the shuttle bus in real-time using the Shuttle Tracker (opens in a new window).

The Shuttle Tracker is also included in the Western App, available for free download on the App Store (opens in a new window) or Google Play (opens in a new window).

Shuttle bus FAQs

Where can I find a timetable for the shuttle bus on my campus?

Buses do not run to a fixed timetable, but rather on a continuous loop. See route and schedule details at the top of this page.

What time does the shuttle bus start and finish each day?

The shuttle bus schedule lists the times the shuttle buses run. The commencing time is the time the first bus starts to drive the designated circuit at each campus. The latest time is the time it arrives back at the campus to finish for the day.

Does the shuttle bus arrive at each stop at a particular time?

No. To maximise the number of seats available to passengers each day, the shuttle buses travel in a continuous loop between the stops. Depending on traffic conditions and size of a campus route, it takes approximately 15-25 minutes for a bus to complete one loop. Please refer to the shuttle bus schedule above to locate the stops for each campus. To track a particular shuttle bus, please view the Shuttle Tracker (opens in a new window).

Who is allowed on a Western Sydney University shuttle bus?

The University shuttle bus service is available for students, staff and all visitors of the University.

Can a School or Division access a shuttle bus for an excursion or event?

Please contact Shuttle Bus to request more information on charter bus services.

Do you require mobility access?

All buses are accessible buses.

Where can I give feedback on the shuttle bus service?

Students and staff please use the form on WesternNOW to provide feedback.
