Program Completion and Conferral
Congratulations! You have almost completed your studies.
Completing your studies at Western is as easy as 1, 2 and 3.
Stage 1: Completing your program
Program completion is when you have successfully met all of the academic requirements of a program.
Once all your subjects are complete and your DegreeWorks shows you have met 100% of your degree requirements, the University will automatically assess and complete your record. You do not need to apply to have your record assessed.
To make sure that your completion isn't delayed, you should log into MySR to ensure that:
- your personal details and degree information are correct,
- you don't have any unfinalised grades or holds on your record, and
- you don't have any subject enrolments in future terms.
For further details about completing your program, including what you need to do to make sure your record is ready, visit the Completing Your Program webpage.
Stage 2: Having your degree conferred
Congratulations! Once your degree is conferred, you become a graduate of Western Sydney University and a member of our Alumni community. Discover all the benefits and support by visiting the Alumni webpage.
