This fee is to authenticate documents for you to then submit with DFAT to have your documents apostilled.  We are not able to apostille documents.

This fee covers the authentication of up to three original official documents along with one copy of each of the originals (copies must be included with the originals). A combination of the three documents could be one testamur, one Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) and one transcript or two testamurs and one transcript. Any additional documents will require another payment of the DFAT authentication fee.

Please Note:

  • Copies of original documents can only be stamped if all pages of the original document are included e.g. pages 1-5 of an AHEGS. If all pages are not received this will result in a delay in us returning your documentation as we will be required to wait until the outstanding pages have been posted to us.
  • Printed copies of electronic documents are not regarded as original documents.
