Personal Details
The University requires that your full legal name as appears on your Birth Certificate/Passport/Australian Citizenship Certificate is recorded on your University record.
If an update to your personal details is required, please ensure you also update your new details with the Australian Taxation Office and with the Unique Student Identifier office.

Conferral Requirements
If your record is complete and you require assistance in relation to conferral, please view the Student Completions website or email studentcompletions@westernsydney.edu.au
Conferral Documents
Current Students and Alumni - To receive your official conferral (graduation) documents, you will need to order your conferral documents as below, choosing if you conferred before or after 2025:
Payments - Conferral Documents (2025 onwards)
Payments - Alumni Documents (conferred 2024 & prior)
Please note that Payments will require you to have an account with your personal email address to order your official conferral documents. If you do not have an account for Payments in your personal email address, click on 'Sign up' and follow the prompts.
