InSight - Complete a student assessment survey

Placement coordinators at Western Sydney University may publish student assessment surveys for supervisors to complete about the performance of those students they supervise. When you log in to InPlace, if there is a survey for you to complete, it appears in the To Do list on your Home page.

Once you’ve submitted a completed survey you can view it from the Assessment Reports tab on a student’s details page (click Students on the toolbar and then search for the student on the Student Attendance page). The tab is only shown if a report exists for the student.

Steps

1. In the To Do list on your home page click the Survey task.

The Survey opens.

2. Answer the questions.

3. Click one of the following:

• Save as Draft: saves the survey so you can complete it later (reopen it by clicking in the survey task in the To Do list on your home page)
• Submit Survey: submits your completed survey to the placement coordinator. The survey task disappears from your To Do list.
