  • Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry)
  • Bachelor of Laws (Non-Graduate Entry)
  • Combined Bachelor of Laws programs

Additional:

  • Successfully completed either LAWS 3016 Elder Law and/or LAWS 3071 Wills and Succession
  • Preference will be given to students with the highest grades in LAWS 3016 Elder Law and/or LAWS 3071 Wills and Succession

Application and Selection Criteria

Applications are to be submitted through the Western Sydney University scholarship form.

Applicants must provide a statement supporting their application indicating how they believe receiving the scholarship will assist them with their studies and future careers. This statement should give a sufficient explanation of the applicant's background and current circumstances to enable the University to judge their eligibility, need, and merit.

Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted and invited to submit a secondary statement demonstrating an interest in working in Elder and Succession Law in their personal statements.

Successful applicants will be selected based on their written application, academic potential, ability to meet the criteria, and, where appropriate, performance in an interview before a selection panel.
