Western Sydney Languages Day
Western Sydney Languages Day
School of Humanities and Communication Arts
Wednesday the 6th of March
Janice Reid Pavilion, Parramatta South Campus, Western Sydney University
Have you ever wanted to fold a paper crane like the Japanese do? Have you ever wanted to try your hand at Chinese paper-cutting? Have you ever wanted to draw an anime character? Have you ever wanted to try your hand at Arabic calligraphy? Do you want to hear from employers about the job prospects of graduates with a language major?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Western Sydney Languages Day is the perfect day for you!
If you study a language at WSU, that's great! If you don't study a language at WSU, then that's fine too! Come and join us!
You can join as many (or as few) workshops as you wish. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility
Languages Day is designed for (i) students who are already studying a language at WSU, and (ii) students who are not studying a language at WSU. All are welcome.
