Content Manager (TRIM)

Content Manager (TRIM) is the University’s enterprise document and records management system (EDRMS), designed to manage both physical and digital information assets. The system supports compliant recordkeeping by enabling the capture, management, storage, and secure disposal of business information in accordance with governance and regulatory obligations. Content Manager has been in operation at Western Sydney University since 2004 and has previously been known as TRIM, HPE TRIM, TRIM Context, and Content Manager (TRIM).

The system provides a range of functional benefits, including integration with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project), facilitating a streamlined capture and management of records within a business Unit. Content Manager is also accessible via a secure web interface.
