ABOUT THE ORGANISATION Western Sydney University Early Learning Parramatta is situated on the grounds of the Western Sydney University Parramatta South Campus which is located off Victoria Rd, Rydalmere. The position will comply with the conditions set out in the Western Sydney University Early Learning EA.

To be a successful applicant you must have;

Essential Criteria
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Working with Children Check clearance and number for verification.
* Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
* DEC approved child protection training certificate
* Sound Knowledge and Working Practise of National Quality Frameworks, Education and Care National Regulation and Law
* Knowledge of overall health and Safety regarding Children’s Services
* Effective communication skills both verbal and written
* At least 1 years’ experience in working in an Early Education Service

Desirable Criteria
* Involvement in the preparation and assessment under the National Quality Standard.
* Involvement in contribute to the planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection of programs which reflect the emerging skills and interactions of children
