Wellbeing at Work: 5 R Framework

Wellbeing is an ever-changing and core part of our overall health, influenced by so many factors that intersect in our lives, regardless of whether you are a student, professional, academic. As humans, learning how to support our own wellbeing with early intervention and prevention is proven to be a key skill for a healthy and connected life.

The Five R’s – Relate, Recognise, Respond, Remind and Reflect provide a holistic framework for prompting powerful questions that generate and cultivate active steps of promoting wellbeing in yourself, others, and your community. This framework has been designed to be accessible for everyone, and has comprehensive evidence base, and utilises a strengths-based approach, trauma informed lens, and intersecting with best practice for workplace wellbeing, health and safety.

The 5 Rs Skills Training for Staff is the foundational wellbeing training at WSU. You can register for an online live workshop session through MyCareer.

Alternatively, we can deliver a workshop or presentation for your team in person or online, by request.
