In addition to the freely available support within the Microsoft, Western also provides licensed and supported Assistive Technology (AT) software for staff. Please note the Terms and Conditions for each software.

Genio Notetaking
If using Glean is part of your Workplace Reasonable Adjustment Plan (WRAP) or has been recommended to you by the Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing (WHSW) team, complete the Software Access Request form below.
Natural Reader
If using Natural Reader is part of your Workplace Reasonable Adjustment Plan (WRAP) or has been recommended to you by the Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing (WHSW) team, complete the Software Access Request form below.
Dragon Professional
If you would like to use Dragon for dictation or hands-free engagement with your computer, complete the Software Access Request form below.
Other Technologies
Other Assistive Technologies, like Zoom Text and JAWS are available on a case-by-case basis. Access to these technologies will be arranged in collaboration with Work Health Safety & Wellbeing who offer support to staff with a disability or chronic health condition.
