Good Luck To The Western Sydney Wanderers

For anyone who is an A-League fan or perhaps just a Western Sydney Wanderers fan, you may have witnessed one of the most incredible A-League games just last weekend. The Wanderers were 3-0 down within 23 minutes of play – a rather convincing score line in the sport. However, the Wanderers showed their never say die attitude by pulling off a miracle comeback win to finish the game 5-4 after extra time – the largest comeback win in A-League history. With that victory, the Wanderers have now booked their place in the Grand Final to be held at the Adelaide Oval on Saturday. We're giving our students the opportunity to wish the Wanderers good luck in their clash against Adelaide.

A Western Sydney University flag is going around all campuses of the university for students to write their good luck messages on, the flag will be officially presented to the Wanderers on Thursday.

The flag has already gone through Kingswood and Bankstown. Wednesday will see the flag at Hawkesbury, Werrington South and Campbelltown. For official times and locations of where the flag has been or will be, please see below:

Tuesday

8:30am-10:30am – Kingswood, Building K
1pm-3pm – Bankstown, Building 1

Wednesday

8:30am-10:30am – Hawkesbury, Building K4
11:30am-1pm – Werrington South, Building BN (The Cottage)
1:45pm-4pm – Campbelltown, Building 2

Thursday

10am-12midday – Parramatta, The Hub
