Gravity Geeks - Art, Science & Ideas Symposium

Listen to Professor Fred Watson (gravity waves) from the Australian Astronomical Observatory and Western Sydney University’s Professor Ray Norris (Aboriginal astronomy). Artists and scientists from the Gallery’s House of Wonder residence will present the outcomes of their fusion of art and science. Audiences will be thrilled by performances of Parkour from DMC Dauntless Movement Crew and contemporary dance by Shaun Parker & Company. Check out the Western Sydney University, Penrith Observatory planetarium in the foyer. Come along and be inspired as art and science are shown to be disciplines in company not opposition.
