I am entering my staff number and am not able to login to my Western Sydney University jobs profile
The Username is the nominated email address that you entered when you initially registered online.
The system is telling me that I have already registered or 'unable to process new candidate'
When you receive the message 'this email address is already registered', it means your email address has previously been registered with Western Sydney University and you will need to login again. From the 'Current Vacancies' page select 'Login' then enter your username (your email address) and password. You will now be able to start your online application.
How can I change my email address if I no longer have access to the old email address?
Login at Current Vacancies using your old email address and select 'My Profile.' From there, go to 'My Details' to change your email address and any other details.

To register your interest online, visit the Jobs List - Internet page and go to 'Registration of Interest'.
However, if a position is advertised that you would like to apply for it is essential that you also apply through that job number.
Do I have to complete the application in one go or can I save and come back to it?
You will be prompted to save your application every 2 hours. You can 'save' your application and log out at any time, provided it is prior to the position closing date. To return to your application, login to the Current Vacancies system and select 'My Profile' then select 'Edit Existing Application' to edit, finalise and submit your application. Once submitted you will receive an automated email confirming your application has been received.
I need to update my resume but can't see a delete option
Resumes can be updated before you submit your application.
Login at Current Vacancies and select 'My Profile.' This will list the positions you have started, completed and submitted. Select 'Edit Application' next to the position you would like to change your resume in. Select 'Edit'. Go to the resume section of the application, select 'Browse' to find your resume and then 'Save.' This will automatically override your existing resume. The document title will remain the same. To view and open the attachment, select the document title.
What do I do if I have accidently withdrawn my application?
Provided it is prior to the position closing date you should contact the to discuss your application Contact person listed on the job advertisement.
How can I view and access my previous job applications?
Login at Current Vacancies and select 'My Profile.' This will list your history of positions started, completed and submitted as well as your resume and other documents attached.
I have an enquiry regarding the status of my application
You should contact the Position Contact Enquiry person/Convenor listed on the job advertisement for all enquiries such as: short-listing, the status of your position (if not yet received from HR), interview details and feedback regarding interview.
