Spirax Sarco First Nations Stem Scholarship

Spirax Sarco is a multi-national engineering group whose world-leading industrial and commercial steam systems, advanced electric thermal solutions, pumps and fluid path equipment can be found in industrial and commercial settings worldwide.

Originated in the UK, we have had a long and successful history of over 130 years.  As a business, our purpose is to create sustainable value for all our stakeholders as we engineer a more efficient, safer and sustainable world. Our local community is one of the six stakeholders we have identified. The Group Education Fund was established as part of the One Planet Sustainability Strategy. The purpose of this fund is to promote inclusive and equitable access to education in the communities in which we operate.

Application and Selection Process

Applicants must provide a statement supporting their application indicating how they believe receiving the scholarship will assist them with their studies and future careers. This statement should give a sufficient explanation of the applicant's background and current circumstances to enable the University to judge their eligibility, need and merit.

Successful applicants will be selected based on their written application, academic potential, ability to meet the criteria, and, where appropriate, performance in an interview before a selection panel.
