Recommendations for mental health self-care strategies among Arabic-speaking community members from refugee-like backgrounds living in Australia: A Delphi study
Project Summary
This research aims to develop tailored mental health self-care recommendations for Arabic-speaking individuals from refugee-like backgrounds in Australia. Through the Delphi consensus survey, we are seeking opinions from Australian health professionals experienced in working with this population on the relevance and suitability of mental health self-care practices.
The online survey will be conducted over three rounds, each lasting approximately 60 minutes.
Participant eligibility criteria:
- Are qualified health professionals
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience
- Have experience working with Arabic-speaking individuals from refugee-like backgrounds
