Application and selection process
No application is necessary. All new coursework applications for admission will be automatically considered for the discount. If you are successful, your discount offer will be outlined in your Offer of Admission letter.
Eligibility
- Students are eligible for a 10% discount on the program fees for an eligible postgraduate coursework program if they:
- Completed an undergraduate program at Western Sydney University, including a Diploma, Associate Degree, Undergraduate Certificate, Bachelor and Bachelor (Honours) qualification,
- Receive an offer to an eligible postgraduate coursework program commencing in 2025, and
- Commence the program and remain enrolled past at least one Census date in 2025.
- Eligible students must commence their studies and remain enrolled for at least one Census date in 2025. The Discount may not be available to students who defer their offer to commence in 2026. Eligibility for the Discount for deferring students will be at the University’s discretion.
- The 10% discount may be awarded in addition to any scholarships, sponsorships or other tuition fee discounts for students.

All CRICOS registered postgraduate coursework degrees. This includes Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas and Master’s Degrees. Refer to the 2025 Postgraduate Fee Schedule.
Higher Degree Research (HDR) programs.
Benefits
10% discount on tuition fees. The Discount is intended for the duration of the student’s postgraduate program at Western, including any periods of approved leave. The maximum duration of a postgraduate program is outlined in the Progression Policy.
