Finding goods in a new country can be hard if you don’t know where to go.

This is just a short list to get you started. Western does not endorse any of these companies or recommend these over anything else you find.

Supermarket Food (Groceries)

Specialists shops

There are lots of local places that specialise in certain types of food.

  • Fruit and Vegetables 
  • Dairy
  • Bakeries - for bread and sweet baked goods
  • Butchers for meat (beef, pork, chicken, etc.)

If you’re finding it hard to find ingredients from home, there are also plenty of shops that specialise in Asian, Indian, Nepalese, and more.

Mainstream supermarkets

There are number of larger franchise shops that can be found as standalone stores or part of a bigger complex like Westfield.
