The Disability Service is a team of professional Disability Advisors and trained educational support staff. We can support and assist future and current students with disabilities and chronic health conditions to reach their full academic potential. The term 'disability' is a broad term that is used in the Disability Discrimination Act (1992). 1 in 5 Australians have a disability of some type and approximately 80% of these disabilities are 'invisible' meaning that they are not immediately apparent when looking at a person.
