Student Central


Student Central centres will be closed on Tuesday 19 November and Friday 22 November 2019. For any enquires please call the Student Information Line on 1300 668 370.

To make way for our new Student Services Hub, Student Central at Parramatta South is temporarily relocating.

Our current location of Eja will be closed from Friday, 25 October 2019 from 1.00pm . You will find us in our new temporary new location EA.LG.07 (next to IT Campus Support) from 9.00am Monday,  28 October 2019. All other Student Central locations and operations are business as usual.

Visiting Student Central

Join the queue before your visit

Instead of standing in line at Student Central, use your mobile device to reserve your place in our virtual queue. You can do this via ‘Services’ on the Western App, even before you arrive at Student Central. You’ll receive an SMS when it's your turn, so you can keep studying or relaxing, instead of waiting in a queue.

If you don't have a phone you can add yourself to the queue via the Student Central website or use the kiosk at Student Central and wait at a digital screen nearby, which will keep you up-to-date with where you are in the queue.

How do I reserve my place?

There are several ways to join a queue:

  • Download the Western App and click on the Students Icon or Services Icon
  • Go to Student Central and use the kiosk
  • Click on the campus location below and follow the instructions


We can help with general advice and issues including:

  • general enquiries and referrals
  • enrolment and fees
  • exams and results
  • graduation
  • applying for and issuing travel concessions
  • applying for and producing Student ID cards
  • picking up a form or brochure
  • lodging paper based forms
  • getting help lodging an eForm
