Using the Western Sydney University branding

To promote Western Sydney University you may need to advertise exhibitions and promotional activities. To ensure the integrity of the University brand and compliance with ESOS regulations, representatives must seek permission to use the Western Sydney University brand. Any advertising or promotional material (written or electronic) using our name, logo, trademarks and text must be approved by Western Sydney University prior to use. Depending on the type of the promotional material or advertisement required, we may also be able to supply you with artwork.

Please note: As per ESOS legislation all promotion and advertising material must display the CRICOS provider code in the following way: CRICOS provider code: 00917K.

Using our logo

Our logo is the unique mark which identifies our University and is the most important component of our visual identity. If you wish to use our logo in promotions you must submit the Logo request form.

Once your request is approved your Regional Manager will also share the logo and guidelines. Please ensure that the logo is used within the Western brand guidelines and never altered.

Promotion and advertising approval process

Discuss and clarify your requirement to use Western Sydney branding with your Regional Manager. Please note you should do this at least four weeks before promotion starts where possible.

Submit artwork to your Regional Manager for approval.

The Regional Manager will forward your request and artwork to the Western Sydney International Communications Unit for approval.

Your Regional Manager will notify you of the approval outcome and, if necessary, may request adjustments to artwork. Please allow three working days from submission of artwork.
