Birth - 5/Birth - 12 Pathways

Students enrolled in the Birth - 5/Birth - 12 teaching pathways should visit the Handbook. Search your course using the 4 digit course code for information on the structure.

Master of Teaching (Birth - 5 years / Birth - 12 Years)

Course Planning Session

(Compulsory for all new Master of Teaching students)

Friday 12 July 2019
Bankstown Campus: 11am-1pm, Building 1, Lecture Theatre 1, Room 1.1.106

This session will provide attendees with important academic course advice. Information on unit selection and progression, and credit transfer/exemptions. Academic staff will be available to provide individual course advice at the end of the session.

In addition, the various Special Requirements which are required to be completed for the Master of Teaching course will be discussed, with important key dates provided to students. Staff will be available to provide details and answer questions you may have during the group information session. The session will include information on Literacy and Numeracy course/unit requirements,  the national literacy and numeracy test (LANTITE); Child Protection requirements, including Working With Children Check; Anaphylaxis e-training; QuEST non-academic capabilities; the Teacher Proficiency Assessment and Learning Portfolio for pre-service teachers.
