Mrs Patricia Hellier

Patricia Hellier is the Senior Administration Officer (Learning & Research). She commenced working at Western Sydney University in 2008 and has held various positions within the University. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Monash University and has extensive customer service/support experience.

Her position works closely with the Institute Manager and is responsible for administrative issues within the Institute, particularly with relation to the administration of the Institute's research and research training.

Administrative Expertise

The responsibilities of her role relate to the Institute and its academic and professional staff, and postgraduate students. In particular, Patricia:

  • Research Training (HDR student) administration/coordination
  • HDR student scholarship management
  • Share Point
  • Ordering (IT and peripherals; and books)
  • IT asset management
  • Publication notation and tracking (staff and students)
