Young & Resilient Research Centre welcomes budget commitments to engaging young people in policy making. A strong focus on working with young people when forming the policies and programs that affect them is a critical step to ensuring an equitable and strong Australia.

Young and Resilient Research Assistant, Betty Nyguen, is a finalist in the Western Sydney Women Awards. Betty was nominated for the Western Sydney Young Woman of the Year Award category, for her contributions to Young & Resilient, and the Wellbeing Health & Youth Centre of Research Excellence.

Young & Resilient HDR student Skye Tasker has been nominated in the NSW Youth Action Awards. Skye was nominated in the NSW Youth Worker of the Year category.

The Wellbeing Health and Youth Matters Project survey invites young people 12-24 years to share their views, experience and interest in young people's involvement in health research, policy and services.
