Health Promotion Research Officer
A research officer develops health promotion research; ensuring ethical standards are upheld within research; the collection and analysis of data to evaluate the effectiveness of an program; and the dissemination of findings to the general public and professional audiences.

Health Promotion Officer
Health Promotion Officers identify and address priority health and wellbeing issues and deliver population health interventions. They develop and implement health promotion programs and evaluate their effectiveness.

Quality Improvement Officer
Quality Improvement Officers can be involved in the strategic planning and supervision of quality and safety activities at major metropolitan hospitals or for an area health service.

Project Officer
Project Officers work specifically on designated health related projects. Their tasks involve the conceptualisation, design, implementation and evaluation of the project. They can also be involved in evaluating and formulating operational improvements for a health district.

Practice Manager
Practice Managers coordinate and manage the day to day operations of a health care practice (such as a community or medical).

Community Engagement / Event Coordinators
Community Engagement / Event Coordinators increase knowledge and awareness of positive health behaviours within the population through primary prevention information.

Diversional Therapist
A Diversional Therapist works with people of all ages and abilities. They design and facilitate individualised recreation and leisure programs that support, challenge and enhance the psychological, spiritual, social, emotional and physical wellbeing of individuals.

Recreation Officer
Recreation Officers develop, support and coordinate sport and recreation programs and services for the benefit of communities.

*The tuition fees quoted above are the fees for the normal full-time study load of the course (80 credit points) per annum. International students will be subject to a variable fee regime; i.e. enrolled students will be required to pay fees during their course based on the approved fee for each calendar year. Fee changes (if any) will occur at 1 January each calendar year. Students who extend their course past the normal finish date of the course will be required to pay additional fees based on the prevailing fee level.
