A virtual event for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander high school students to explore the wide variety of careers available in the sports industry.

Catherine Cannuli

Cannuli is a retired Australian professional footballer who played national league football in the Women’s National Soccer League and the W-League for Sydney FC, Brisbane Roar and the Western Sydney Wanderers. She also played for Inter Lions in the NSW Women’s Premier League and played four times for Australia. Cannuli returned to the Wanderers as the W-League Assistant Coach in 2019, alongside Dean Heffernan as W-league Head Coach and Michael Beauchamp as W-League Co-Assistant Coach.

Ante Covic

Covic is a former Australian football goalkeeper who was a member of the Australian national team at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany and represented Australia on two occasions. Covic has also played for multiple A-League sides including Newcastle Jets, Melbourne Victory, Perth Glory and Western Sydney Wanderers. Covic recently returned to the Wanderers as the W-League Goalkeeper coach for the upcoming 2020/21 season.
