[Call for Expression of Interest] Hidden Treasures: Private Collection of Chinese contemporary Art Online Exhibition

Call for Expression of Interest

Do you have a private collection of Chinese contemporary art at home in Australia that you would like to share with our online audiences in a safe and environmentally friendly way? If the answer is yes, we’d love to hear from you. The Institute for Australian and Chinese Arts & Culture (IAC) is planning an online exhibition of “Hidden Treasures: private collection of Chinese contemporary art online exhibition”. We are seeking expressions of interest. The premise of this project is to show interesting and/or unique contemporary Chinese artworks in private collections that have never been shown in public domain in our virtual exhibition on the IAC website. Each artwork will be accompanied by a short story about the artwork told by its owner, through the medium of audio, video or text. The exhibition will be launched online to national and international audiences. We also hope to introduce artists that may not be well known in Australia.
