We live in a rapidly changing world where technology often feels like it is changing faster than we are able to adjust. It is our engineers that are at the coalface of this change as more and more industries look to technology to improve productivity.
THE NEXT STEP IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK.
Study online where and when it bests suits you. Applications are now open to start in August and October 2022.
A Career in Engineering
The Undergraduate Certificate in Engineering provides you with the capabilities required to further your career within Industry 4.0. Your studies will provide you with a grounding in Mathematics, Electronics and Engineering Principles and will help develop your technical skills and prepare you for further study. With no exams our assessments place you in the life of an engineering professional and help you develop the skills you will need to be successful.
Upon the successful completion of the Undergraduate Certificate in Engineering, students will be able to further their studies through the Diploma in Engineering and will receive advanced standing for the four units they have completed.
The subjects covered in this program include:
- Introduction to Engineering Practice
- Engineering Computing
- Mathematics for Engineers Preliminary
- Engineering Physics
Our Undergraduate Certificates are designed to run in block mode which means that you complete one unit at a time over a shorter time period. This means you can focus 100% on one unit at a time. All of our units are run online. Assessments are industry grounded and will remain authentic to the activities, challenges, and expectations of the industry.
More information about the program structure is outlined in our handbook.
