Unlocking Careers Event Series

These on campus events for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander high school students grades 9-12 explore the wide variety of study career options in specific areas of study. Students will also attend a Yarn-Up Q&A session and hear from inspiring Indigenous professionals working in those fields.

Unlocking Careers in Innovation & Creativity

Date:                       Friday 5 December 2025
Location:               Building EE, Parramatta South Campus      
Time:                      9:30am - 2:00pm
Who:                      Aboriginal and Torres Strait High School students in grades 9-10. Parents and caregivers are also welcome to attend.
Lunch:                    A free lunch will be provided to all students 
Transportation:    Schools/students are expected to arrange their own transportation. If lack of transportation prohibits your attendance, please reach out to discuss alternatives.

Yarn Up Q&A
Hear from Indigenous professionals working in Science, Technology, and Creative Industries. Speakers will share about their study and career journey before the opportunity for student questions.
