1. Before you get started, it’s best to use Chrome on a desktop or laptop to complete the enrolment steps.
2. After activating your Western account, please wait 30 minutes for your password to sync before logging in to My Student Records (MySR) to accept your offer and complete your enrolment. Use this time to get your Unique Student Identifier (USI) and Tax File Number (TFN) ready.
3. Once you've waited 30 minutes, you can then log in to MySR to continue with your enrolment, where you’ll then be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your security. For help setting up, refer to our MFA guide.
If you encounter any issues or find that your account is still locked after 30 minutes, contact the IT Service Desk for assistance: 02 9852 5111.

2. Confirm your personal details in MySR, including your full legal name and Australian contact information.
Please note: transport concession (Opal) cards are only available to eligible domestic students.
