Building Surveyor
Building surveyors oversee compliance of design and construction of buildings with legislative requirements and particularly the Building Code of Australia. Building surveyors may deliver these duties working in local government or private practices. The service of building surveyors is the key to quality buildings and the retention of public trust in the construction industry.

Access Consultant
Buildings are expected to be accessible for general public users and specifically for people with disability. Access consultants play a vital role in assessing accessibility of buildings in form of access report. Access consultants are able to produce performance solutions in order to help designers achieve more sophisticated architectural designs. Access consultants specialise in access and egress requirements of the Building Code of Australia, Premises Standards, Transport Standards and Standards Australia’s AS 1428 suite.
