Indigenous Business and Community

The School of Business is committed to developing a deeper engagement with the First Nation communities in Greater Western Sydney to improve educational, employment and entrepreneurial outcomes. We are currently working with Indigenous colleagues and business people to explore ways to better understand the needs of the Indigenous business community in our region to develop meaningful, co-created initiatives with impact.

Francine Garlin 
Dr Francine Garlin is Indigenous Liaison Officer for the School of Business, and works with colleagues in the School, University and community to implement our Indigenous Strategy.  She is currently a Director of Indigenous Business and Finance, a non-profit organisation for Indigenous business professionals who believe that Indigenous enterprise is a means towards self-determination.
