When you first log into a Western system that uses Multi-factor authentication (MFA), a message will pop up prompting you to 'enrol' for the first time. After this, each time you access a system where MFA is required, you’ll just have to enter a number whenever you log in.

Use the MyIT Services Portal to get help and support with IT problems. You can also contact the IT Service Desk by email or phone to get help for a range of computer and account problems.
