These are some of the questions we frequently heard when reaching out to our staff and students about service offerings at Western. The message has been received loud and clear; accessing services, in the past, has often been a challenging road to navigate.
Recognising that change was needed, the University has made a strategic commitment to improving the quality and ease of use for our services. As a result, we are introducing WesternNow, an exciting University-led initiative that will build our service capability and capacity for accessing services and knowledge using the global leading ServiceNow platform.
