This is a two year program with conference weeks and online learning modules covering both surgical pathology and cytopathology, and is aimed to provide you with the necessary level of diagnostic knowledge to aid your successful completion of specialist training in Pathology.

Pathologist
As a pathologist you will use your expertise in changes to cells, tissues and organs to investigate the cause, nature and effect of disease. You will provide clinical advice to treating practitioners on pathology results and how a disease should be managed.

Pathology research is essential to developing accurate, efficient and cost effective medical testing. As a Clinical Researcher, you will be involved in better understanding disease processes and how to best identify, treat and eradicate viruses, bacteria and other pathogens.

*The tuition fees quoted above are the fees for the normal full-time study load of the program (80 credit points) per annum. International students will be subject to a variable fee regime; i.e. enrolled students will be required to pay fees during their program based on the approved fee for each calendar year.
