One Hundred Days is based on the premise that, regardless of your level of experience, all managers undertaking new responsibilities need to identify key stakeholders and understand the business’s HR practices, financial objectives and marketing strategies. This subject focuses on the first one hundred days in a new management role. You’ll develop and utilise your leadership and management studies in a range of real business environments.
