Biography

Dr Kate Linklater is a policing lecturer from the School of Social Sciences. Her research focuses on the social and cultural impacts of policy change within policing workplaces and is underpinned by an inclusion capital framework. Kate is also on the Research Team at the Police Association of New South Wales and was previously a detective in the New South Wales Police Force.
