Mellissa ScottMellissa Wood is a global food system research-for-development specialist and former General Manager, Global Program at the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR).

Mellissa has represented the Australian Government through leadership roles in international agricultural research and development sectors for 26 years. Skilled in Food and Nutrition Security, Sustainable Development, Agricultural and Food Systems research, Biodiversity, and Rural Development.

Strong program and project leadership professional with a Master Public Policy in Development Policy, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a BSc Resource and Environmental Management.
