1. How do I request a refund or test date transfer?
All requests to change or cancel your test booking must be submitted in writing via email and must come directly from you. We are unable to accept requests made on your behalf by another person.
2. What happens when I’m sick on the day of my test?
If you’re sick on the day of your test, get in touch with us as soon as practical. If you contact us on the day of your test, you can change your test date at no additional charge, provided this is your first reschedule request.
If you’re too ill to contact us on the day, you can still request a transfer of test date up to 14 days after your test day. However, in that case, you must see a doctor and obtain an approved medical certificate dated on or before the test date. Submit this to us within 14 days of your test, and you may still be eligible for a transfer. A transfer fee of $82.5 may apply.
3. What happens if I need to request a second change?
A second change of test date, module or format will be treated as a cancellation (subject to the refund rules).
4. If I want to change my test to more than 14 days in the future, then cancel my test. Will I get a full refund according to the refund rules?
No. You are allowed one free change. A cancellation after a successful change of test date, module, or format will always incur 100% of the test fee.
