Is your teen unsure what course to choose after secondary school? Are you confused by all the uni options available or don’t know what options there are? Look no further than The College at Western.
What is the College?
The College is a unique step into uni life. We offer flexible pathway options where your teen can complete a Diploma in 12 months and enter the workforce, or move straight into the second year of a Bachelor’s degree at Western – so no time is lost and your teen can graduate with two qualifications in the time of one (a Diploma and a Bachelor).
We also provide dedicated support to help them work towards their career ambitions and ensure their success.

Why study at The College?
Here’s more detail about why your teen should study at The College:
- Our modular learning approach is innovative: there’s no exams or lectures, we focus on small workshop style classes and your teen will receive personalised support from a dedicated Student Success Coach.
- They will study one course-specific subject at a time and an average timetable includes three hours of classes, three times a week – we know how important it is to fit study with other commitments.
- There are affordable study options with Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) available to eligible domestic students. If your teen is eligible, the Australian Government covers part of their course fees. Check the Fees and Scholarships section on their chosen course page to see if a CSP is available.
