Biography

Dr Teddy Nagaddya is a social scientist, an early career researcher within the School of Social Sciences and a member of the MARCS Institute. Teddy's policy-engaged research broadly focuses on interrogating notions of precarity, and precariousness in the areas of place-based identity and migration, ageing, aged care/aged care workforce, and intergenerational relations. Predominantly, Teddy focuses on women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds living in disadvantaged geographies and rapidly changing economies.
