Changes to your enrolment

International students must comply with student visa conditions, including maintaining a full-time study load. However, under compassionate or compelling circumstances—serious, unexpected, and beyond your control situations—you may be eligible to:

• Reduce your study load (RSL) for a compulsory teaching session, or
• Take a Leave of Absence (LOA) for one or more compulsory teaching sessions.

These processes are in line with the ESOS National Code (Standards 8 and 9) and Western Sydney University’s Enrolment Policy.
