Complete the online application. Once we have received your application, we will send you a rental offer. To accept this offer you will be required to pay the first month's rent and for any additional service options that you choose. Before you move in, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent will be required. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We offer semester, academic year and flexible leases. However, from time to time we are able to offer shorter lease periods.
A fully furnished apartment, all utilities, access to unlimited internet and Wi-Fi through WSU, and use of our common facilities.
Yes. The resident must pay an application fee of $110 to secure their apartment. This is to be paid upon acceptance of an offer of accommodation.

Yes, you will need to contact the Night Manager or reception. The Night Manager will have you complete some paperwork, provide you with your key and show you to your appartment.

Yes, to secure your room you must pay your security deposit equal to 4 weeks' rent, the application fee, the Residential Life program fee and the first two weeks of rent and utilities.
No, there is no not set departure cleaning fee, however additional cleaning fees may apply if you fail to clean your room on departure.
WSU staff can connect you with various health and wellbeing services offered on campus.
Greater than 14 days before the start date of your contract:
Non-refundable: Application Fee of $110. Refundable: Security Deposit, Residential Life Program Fee of $150 and two weeks of Occupancy Fees.
Between 1 and 14 days before the start date of your contract:
Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of Occupancy fees. Non-refundable: Application Fee of $110. Refundable: Security Deposit, Residential Life Program Fee of $150.
On or after the start date of your contract:
Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of Occupancy fees. Non-refundable: Application Fee of $110 and Residential Life Program Fee of $150. You are responsible for payment of the Occupancy Fees and your Security Deposit will be retained until a suitable replacement is secured.
You will be charged an early termination fee equal to two weeks of occupancy fees and will be responsible for finding a suitable replacement to take over the remainder of the contract.
No, we will provide you with a mattress protector when you check in.
WSU can try to recover all or part of the security deposit at the end of a tenancy if:
The tenant or resident:
- or their visitors have damaged the property
- has left and owes rent (rent in arrears)
- has abandoned the premises
- has left you to pay bills they should have paid
- there are cleaning or repair expenses that exceed normal ‘wear and tear’
- items that were part of the residential agreement are missing.
Moving can be expensive, but we're here to make it easier and more affordable. Relocation grants may be available, depending on your individual circumstances.
