Images of artworks on this website may be used for research, study and other related exceptions as defined by section 40 of the Copyright Act 1968 (as amended) without applying for specific permission. All other uses of require Western Sydney Creative permission and permission of the copyright owner (where applicable). Western Sydney Creative can supply details of copyright holders where possible. It is the sole responsibility of the image user to gain copyright permission to reproduce the image from the copyright holder of the artwork requested.
Western Sydney Creative is undertaking a digitization program that will see high resolution image files of some artworks in the art collection be made available. This will be a multiyear process and very limited high-resolution files are currently available. There are fees associated with image use. Fees are structured on the use and market for the publication or product.
