Note: If you haven’t already, follow the prompts in your Western offer email to activate your  WesternAccount, accept your offer and complete your enrolment (or defer). Can’t find your offer email? It may have landed in your spam or junk folder.

Step 1-A. Activate my Western Account

Before you get started, it’s best to use Chrome on a desktop or laptop to complete the enrolment steps

After activating your Western account, please wait 30 minutes for your password to sync before logging in to My Student Records (MySR) to accept your offer and complete your enrolment. Use this time to get your Unique Student Identifier (USI) and Tax File Number (TFN) ready.

Once you've waited 30 minutes, you can then log in to MySR to continue with your enrolment, where you’ll then be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your security. For help setting up, refer to our MFA guide.

When your Western Account is active, you can then proceed to step 1-B to view your offer/s and start enrolment steps.

Step 1-B. Start my enrolment

Have you activated your Western Account and waited 30 minutes?

As part of your enrolment steps, you will need to confirm your personal details.

If you encounter any issues or find that your account is still locked after 30 minutes contact the IT Service Desk for assistance, 02 9852 5111.
