3. Select your subjects

Check out the student handbook for your program (course) subject structure – you may have program admission special requirements  (such as needing a first aid certificate or working with children check) in order to enrol in a subject. Then select your subjects in My Student Records .

  1. Open your Registration Guide in a new tab   
  2. Login to My Student Records (MySR) using your Student ID and password. 
  3. Click on ‘Register in Subjects.’ 
  4.  “Register for Subjects” on the registration page.  
  5. Search for and select your term from the dropdown list. You will do this step for each of your ‘block’ subjects, and once for the preparatory subject (for Diploma students only).  
  6. Confirm your ‘Study Path” (this relates to the name of the course you are enrolled in). 
  7. Using the subject list you found in your Enrolment Guide linked above, enter the subject code relevant to the teaching term.

    Ensure you are selecting the correct campus for your subjects. 

  8. Click ‘add’ and then ‘submit’ to complete registration in your subject.  
  9. Repeat 3-5 above to register in your remaining subjects, remember, if you are a Diploma student you will need toenrolinto five subjects for your first semester as follows, if you are an Undergraduate Preparation Program Student you will only need to enrol into four subjects for the first semester.
