Description	Join us at the next MMM for a workshop for HDR's and ECR's. This workshop will help you with preparing your CV and writing a cover letter. Topic: Preparing your CV and Writing A Cover Letter for HDRs and ECRs Speaker: Ms Leone Cripps This one hour professional development session is designed to support Higher Degree Research Students and Early Career Researchers to create a well presented, succinct Curriculum Vitae summary document and cover letter reflecting their ‘transferable’ skills, experience, capabilities and achievements. Ms Leone Cripps (Senior Consultant Organisational Development) has been providing academic career & development support for over 13 years at Western. Prior to the University she worked across the higher education, tertiary, public, local government, community-based and corporate sectors. Within her University portfolio is responsibility for staff leadership development, a variety of mentoring initiatives as well as career development for professional staff. Leone has post graduate qualifications in Social Ecology from Western as well as certifications in Academic Leadership and Government (Management). She is an accredited facilitator of the DiSC behavioural styles profile tool. We thank you for your continued attendance at the MMM's and look forward to seeing you again.
