The College is governed by a Board of Directors. Day to day operations are managed by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The College is divided into two portfolios:

Glenn Campbell, Chief Executive Officer
Glenn possesses substantial experience driving business performance through effective leadership, service delivery, continuous improvement, and sound commercial decision-making. He has also led the design and delivery of leadership and learning programs to large corporates across Latin America and the Asia Pacific regions, spanning, aerospace and defence, agriculture, automotive and logistics, banking and financial services, care, education, sport, and government.
Glenn holds a Masters degree in Organisational Change and Consulting and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
As The College CEO, Glenn focuses on the external environment, including secondary schools’ engagement, government, industry groups, Western Sydney businesses, and the senior leadership group at the University.
Anthony Mitri, Deputy CEO
Anthony specialises in transforming education through strategic partnerships and digital innovation. With a proven track record in Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Government (B2G) engagement, Anthony is able to combine his expertise in employability, industry engagement, and commercial and financial modelling, to deliver sustainable outcomes for large, complex education challenges.
Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration and is an experienced Board member in commercial, industry, government, and education settings.
In his role at The College, Anthony manages the education portfolio, comprised of Academic Pathway Programs, Workplace Skilling, and English Language Programs. He also manages The College’s commercial activities with a focus on industry engagement and business development.
Joel Walker, Executive Director, Strategy and Planning
Joel’s experience spans service design, student experience, corporate services, student administration, student support services and business strategy. With extensive experience in the education sector, Joel has successfully led the development of new business models and services in a range of contexts.
Joel holds qualifications undergraduate qualifications in Education, Arts, postgraduate qualifications in Business Psychology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
As the Executive Director, Strategy and Planning, Joel oversees legislative, regulatory and governance functions across all aspects of The College and is responsible for the delivery of student and corporate services, setting and driving a wide range of business, student experience and operational strategies, and translating strategy into actionable steps.
Wendy Barker, Director, Office of CEO
Wendy has worked within the Office of the CEO since joining The College in 2007, bringing extensive experience and a deep understanding of the organisation's operations and governance. Throughout her tenure, she has developed exceptional expertise in corporate governance, supporting executive leadership and Board functions at the highest level.
Wendy holds a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, a qualification in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. These qualifications, combined with her extensive practical experience, have equipped her with a strong foundation in governance, strategic oversight, and organisational management.
As the Director, Office of the CEO, Wendy ensures the effective operation of The College’s information, records, governance, and high quality executive support functions. Wendy serves as Company Secretary to ensure strong governance, compliance and secretariat services.
Dr Theresa Wyborn, Director, Academic Pathway Programs
Theresa’s experience spans academic leadership, learning and teaching innovation, academic governance, curriculum development, and academic staff capability development. With over 30 years’ experience in the higher education sector, Theresa has extensive experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs supporting student transition to Bachelor study.
Theresa holds a PhD in the Humanities, postgraduate qualifications in tertiary teaching, and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
As Director, Academic Pathway Programs at The College, Theresa leads a portfolio of four business units: Learning and Teaching Delivery, Academic Success, Online Learning and Teaching Delivery, and English Language Programs, with oversight of academic quality, student success, and the financial and operational performance of the APP directorate.
Lucia Stejer, Director, Workplace Skilling
Lucia's experience spans the higher education, vocational, and professional sectors, with expertise in academic governance and regulatory oversight, curriculum and product strategy, and digital and AI-enabled learning transformation at scale.
Lucia holds both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Education, including a Master of Education (Digital Learning) and a Bachelor of Educational Studies. She is a committee member of the AITD NSW Divisional Council, and is also a recipient of the AICD Non-for-Profit Scholarship Program 2026/2027.
As Director, Workplace Skilling, Lucia leads the design and delivery of accredited and non-accredited B2B learning solutions that support industry and workforce capability needs. She works closely with industry partners and academic teams to develop practical, client-focused learning solutions that enhance organisational performance and workforce development, while overseeing the RTO to ensure high standards in vocational education quality, innovation and service delivery.
Neil Dutfield, Director, Product
Neil Dutfield is the Director, Product at The College, leading the educational product lifecycle, curriculum development, learning experience design and online learning environments. He holds a BA (Hons), Politics with Social Psychology and an in MSc Marketing & Management from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.
Neil's career spans both the commercial and education sectors. Prior to joining higher education, he worked in market research across London and Sydney, delivering product, brand and strategic insight projects for organisations including Google, Yahoo, Unilever and Johnson & Johnson.
Drawing on this experience, he collaborates with academic, operational and industry stakeholders to ensure The College's educational offerings remain relevant, student-centred and responsive to evolving industry needs. He brings an evidence-based approach to educational product development, supporting high quality learning experiences and continuous enhancement across The College's product portfolio.
Shreejana Niraula, Director, Student Success
Shreejana is an experienced higher education leader with experience across student experience, student administration, strategy and business operations. She brings extensive experience in student lifecycle management, service transformation and data‑informed decision making, with a strong focus on improving access, retention and success for diverse cohorts.
As Director, Student Success, she leads strategic initiatives to enhance student experience and outcomes, overseeing Student Engagement, Administrative Support, and Course Governance functions.
She holds a Master of Business Administration and is committed to delivering scalable, student‑centred solutions aligned to The College’s strategic priorities.
Rosemary Marin, Director, Quality and Standards
Rosemary plays a key role in managing the compliance of The College with external bodies. As Director, Quality and Standards, Rosemary supports the integrity, quality assurance and continuous improvement of our programs and operations. Rosemary works to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of excellence across teaching, learning and institutional practices.
Rosemary is an innovative and versatile senior leader with over twenty years of experience in the tertiary education sector. Rosemary has held a variety of Director roles and most recently was employed as the Director, Marketing at Western Sydney University (in a parental leave replacement role). Rosemary worked closely with The College on the launch and implementation of the Destination College student recruitment and marketing campaign.
