International Enrolment FAQ'S
There are a couple of things you may come across when enrolling that you’re not sure about. Below are some sticking points and how to progress past them.
Q: When completing the Government Statistics Survey during my enrolment via MyStudentRecords. What should I select in the question: When did I arrive in Australia?
A: You can input ‘2021’ into the ‘Year of Arrival in Australia’ box. And untick the box underneath ‘Never arrived in Australia’. We recommend you do this even if you are not in Australia as this should allow you to continue with the remaining questions and complete the form.
Q: When in Unit Selection, no results are revealed after entering a Unit Code and/or Unit Name. What should I do?
A: If you are having trouble with this section, please enter the 6-digit unit code in the ‘Unit Code’ field only, we recommend leaving the unit Name blank. This will help refine the search. Once done, please click ‘Get Units’ below. If options are still not shown, please contact (02) 9685 9801 or email SGSMClientServices@westernsydney.edu.au to identify why the unit may not be revealed to you.
